WoodSpring Suites Ceres - Modesto

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The check-in process was extremely smooth! Melissa and Natalie were amazing — they took the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer. I loved the sense of arrival; they truly made me feel comfortable and welcome. If you’re looking for a place to stay… look no further than this hotel!

My boyfriend and I come here a lot. It’s definitely like our home away from home. The staff is amazing, the rooms are nice and always clean, and the location is perfect. The room has a full sized fridge, a microwave, and a stovetop. There is also free WiFi and a gym on the first floor. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Ceres.

Lovely staff and very helpful! Was concerned from reading the reviews but they assured me everything was all good and it was! Loved the full fridge, big space in there! Very clean room and hotel overall, will go here again for sure! Bed wasn’t as uncomfy as I had thought and definitely gave me a good night’s rest as well. And if youre like me who loves a good ac, the ac they have gets u to the temperature you set within a few minutes I was impressed. 10/10!

The staff are always amazing and great to talk to! Annalee, Jasmine and Gigi always make it feel like home away from home. No matter what issue or question we have they are always friendly and courteous. Been staying here for awhile now and has been one of my best hotel experiences. Food all around and Walmart within walking distance. The room has a kitchenette, TV and wifi. If needing any hairdryers , iron and ironing board or anything else they have them at the front desk. Plus side is the property is smoke free!!! For the price and what you get its great!!!

Room is spacious, comfy bed. Large size fridge, electric cooktop (but NO pots, pans, utensils, dishes or silverware?) laundry basket (laundry room on 1st floor). Front desk was very nice. Well lit location with a good assortment of food choices nearby in walking distance, Starbucks too. BUT!! THE ROOM WAS SO HIGHLY FRAGRANT THAT I WENT TO BED AT 10PM AND BY 1AM I HAD SUCH A MIGRAINE & FELT NAUSEOUS AND MY THROAT HURT. (I'M NOT USUALLY SENSITIVE TO SMELLS, BUT THIS WAS TOO MUCH) THAT I GRABBED THE BLANKETS & PILLOWS OFF THE BED AND SLEPT IN MY YUKON! (I go backpacking alot & thankfully I had my sleep pad in there.) To be noted: I turned off the fan system in the room when I first arrived to my room, (thinking it was scented air filters, nope!) Opened the window (only a 3 in opening) even though it was 40* outside, It literally smelled like there was 4 scented plug-ins in the room. The next morning I let Front desk know about my room & I canceled my 2nd night. ALSO! if you're sensitive to light, there is only blinds- NO curtains, so by morning it's bright. An annoying thing also is the bathroom lights were motion activated, so ALL THE BRIGHT lights came on. ALSO.. LOL!.. because I had to have my window open when I went to bed, Tractor Supply next door had their Christmas music playing & you can absolutely hear it- even though I had ear plugs.
